We have created a digital assistant with artificial intelligence for Zoetis, which has been serving in the animal health category for more than 60 years. We aimed to facilitate communication between Zoetis officials working with veterinarians all over Türkiye and people living in remote corners of the country dealing with animal husbandry. We answered their questions and contacted them. Thanks to artificial intelligence, our VetBot has improved and continues to evolve with every question asked.
